Bunbury Flying School offer Student accommodation for both long stay and short stay needs. We have a range of student accommodation options both onsite and offsite.
Onsite Accommodation
Our onsite accommodation is located within the Flying school site, providing convenience with a short walk to training facilities. Ideal for short stay accommodation or block training.

Offsite Accommodation
Our shared student housing is located approximately 5 kilometres from Bunbury Airport, offering a short and convenient daily commute. This option is ideal for long-term stays and students who enjoy shared living.

Comfortable home-style living
A balance between home and training environments

Bedrooms include a bed, side table, wardrobe, bar fridge, desk and chair
Kitchen and living spaces are fully furnished and equipped including cooking facilities, TV, iron and ironing board and washing machine with wash basin
Water, power, gas and internet services are included in the rental rate
Wi-Fi environment enables students to logon to our training systems and study from home goes here
Weekly cleaning of communal areas

Accommodation is available to enrolled Bunbury Flying School students only
Accommodation is for single occupancy only (no partners, family members or additional residents)
No pets are permitted
No smoking or vaping inside rooms or common areas
Students must comply with all student accommodation guidelines

As of 1 July 2026, rental charges will be $30 per night or $135 per week, inclusive of utilities. *Please note that charges are subject to change
Students are required to pay a $60 exit cleaning fee in the event the bedroom/bathroom is not returned in the same condition as at commencement of occupancy
